What is QuickVOC?

Does it work for my trade?
Yes. You name the steps a job goes through and the kinds of jobs you do, and the AI agent asks the questions your trade needs. Auto shops also get VIN lookup and insurance fields on the lead.
Do I have to give up the tools I use now?
No. QuickVOC works with Housecall Pro, Google Calendar, Thumbtack, Google Local Services Ads and Telegram. You keep your phone number too: forward it to QuickVOC.
How fast can I set it up?
Most owners finish in one sitting. Paste your website so QuickVOC can fill in your business, pick a voice, then call your agent from the browser to test it. When it sounds right, forward your number or pick a new local one.
Can my customers sign estimates and pay online?
Yes. The customer opens the estimate link on their phone, signs it, and pays a deposit or the whole job by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank account, or over time with Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay or Sunbit. Payments run through Stripe into your own bank, and QuickVOC adds 0% on top of Stripe's fees.
Will callers know they are talking to AI?
Some will. What callers care about is getting an answer and a time. The agent speaks naturally, keeps answers short and never makes up prices or promises. If a caller asks for a person, it transfers the call to your team.
What happens with urgent calls?
You choose the words that mean urgent, like burst pipe or no heat. When a caller says one, the agent takes the details, offers your soonest opening and sends you a Telegram alert as soon as the call ends.
What languages does the agent speak?
You can turn on up to 15 languages, including Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese and Arabic. When several are on, the agent switches to the caller's language on its own.
Can I cancel any time?
