Where do I find the API key?
In Housecall Pro, open Settings, then Integrations, then API, and copy the key. Paste it in QuickVOC under Integrations. Only an owner or admin can connect.
Will it double-book my team?
It offers only times inside your business hours that don't overlap jobs already in Housecall Pro over the next two weeks. It books only after the caller confirms a time.
Will it create duplicate customers?
No. It looks the customer up by phone number first and creates a new one only when there's no match.
What if the appointment changes?
Reschedule or cancel it in QuickVOC and the appointment on the Housecall Pro job follows. The job itself stays in Housecall Pro.
Do Thumbtack and Google leads go to Housecall Pro too?
Yes. When the AI books a Thumbtack or Google Local Services lead, the job is created in Housecall Pro the same way.
