Questions about Online payments
Something else on your mind? Talk to us.
Does QuickVOC take a cut of my payments?
No. QuickVOC adds 0%. You pay Stripe's standard fees: 2.9% + 30¢ for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, 0.8% (at most $5) for a bank account, and 5.99% to 6% + 30¢ for pay-over-time lenders.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
No. QuickVOC opens a Stripe account for your business while you fill in Stripe's form inside QuickVOC. Stripe asks for your business details, the owner and your bank account; QuickVOC never sees them.
When do I get the money?
Stripe pays out to your bank, usually within 2 business days of a payment. Bank account payments take 3 to 4 business days to clear first.
What happens when a customer pays over time?
The lender, such as Affirm or Klarna, pays you the whole amount and your customer pays the lender. You don't carry the risk.
Can I turn off a way to pay?
Yes. Turn off any method you don't want in Settings, Online payments. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay stay on.
Is it in every plan?
Yes. Online payments are in every QuickVOC plan, including the free trial.
