Terms of Service
Operated by Baturintech LLC. Effective May 7, 2026. Please read these terms before using QuickVOC.
About QuickVOC
- QuickVOC is an AI voice agent platform for service-based small and medium businesses — including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, salon, dental, towing, cleaning, locksmith, and general service companies.
- The platform is operated by Baturintech LLC, 3900 San Fernando Rd, Glendale, CA 91204, United States (baturintech@gmail.com).
- By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
What the service includes
- AI voice agent — an always-on phone agent powered by Retell AI that answers calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and follows up with callers on your behalf.
- Lead management dashboard — a central inbox for leads from inbound calls, web chat, SMS, Google Local Services Ads, and manual entry. Includes lead tagging, status tracking, and appointment scheduling.
- Google Calendar integration — two-way sync of appointments booked through the agent into a Google Calendar of your choice.
- Google Local Services Ads (LSA) integration — automatic retrieval of LSA leads every two minutes and AI-generated reply messages sent to message-type leads.
- Phone numbers — US phone numbers provisioned through Retell, or forwarding/SIP import of an existing number. One active number per organisation.
- Onboarding wizard — a guided setup flow that scrapes your website, suggests industry configurations, and provisions your agent and phone number.
- Billing — subscription plans with per-minute usage billing, managed through Stripe.
Account and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at baturintech@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- Each organisation on the platform is allocated one active phone number. Additional numbers may be available on higher-tier plans.
- You may invite team members to your organisation. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by team members.
Acceptable use
- You may use QuickVOC only for lawful business communication purposes consistent with applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and FCC regulations.
- You must obtain any required consent before calling or messaging consumers and must maintain records of that consent.
- You may not use the platform for: spam, robocalling without consent, fraud, impersonation, harassment, collection of prohibited consumer data, or any purpose that violates applicable law.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's API or infrastructure.
- We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, create legal risk for Baturintech, or are reported as abusive.
Google integrations — your obligations
- By connecting your Google account you authorise QuickVOC to access Google Calendar and/or Google Local Services data as described during the OAuth consent flow.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LSA lead data through QuickVOC complies with Google's Local Services Ads policies and applicable consumer-communication laws.
- AI-generated replies sent to LSA leads are sent on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing the quality and accuracy of those replies. QuickVOC provides the tooling; you remain accountable for customer communications.
- You can revoke Google access at any time from the Integrations page in your dashboard or from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Call recordings and transcripts
- QuickVOC records calls handled by the AI voice agent and generates transcripts for lead qualification and analytics.
- You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording consent laws in your jurisdiction (e.g., two-party consent states in the US). QuickVOC does not provide legal advice on consent requirements.
- Call recordings and transcripts are available in your dashboard for up to 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
Payments and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance based on the plan you select. Usage-based charges (e.g., per-minute call costs) are billed at the end of each billing period.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel, go to Billing in your dashboard.
- We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Intellectual property
- The QuickVOC platform, brand, interface, and underlying technology are owned by Baturintech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You retain ownership of your business data, call recordings, and agent configurations. By using the platform you grant Baturintech a limited licence to process that data to operate the service.
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the QuickVOC platform without our written permission.
Third-party services
- QuickVOC integrates with third-party services including Retell AI (voice infrastructure), Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Google (Calendar and Local Services Ads), and OpenRouter / Anthropic (AI language models).
- Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Baturintech is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behaviour of third-party services.
Service availability and changes
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or third-party outages may cause downtime.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will communicate significant changes by email or in-product notification.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- QuickVOC is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Baturintech is not liable for any missed calls, lost leads, failed appointments, regulatory fines, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total cumulative liability to you will not exceed the fees you paid to Baturintech in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
- Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance.
