Does my customer need an app or an account?
No. They open the estimate link on their phone or computer, read it, sign and approve. Nothing to install.
What does QuickVOC save when a customer signs?
The drawn signature, the name they typed, their consent to sign electronically, the time, their IP address and browser, and a copy of the estimate lines they approved.
Can the customer pay a deposit?
Yes, when you take online payments. You set the deposit as a percent or a fixed amount, and the customer pays it after approving: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank account or over time with Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay or Sunbit.
Can I send the estimate by text?
Yes. Send it by email in your company's name, or by SMS once your business is registered for texting.
