Where cleaning calls go unanswered

You are scrubbing a shower with gloves on when your phone rings.
Today

You let it ring. The caller wanted a price on a biweekly clean, and they book the next company that picks up.

With QuickVOC

The agent answers in your company name, asks bedrooms and bathrooms, quotes your standard clean from your price list and books the first visit.

Sunday night, a renter needs a move-out clean before Friday.
Today

They reach voicemail, skip the message and keep dialing. By the time you call back Monday, another company has the job.

With QuickVOC

The agent quotes your move-out price, mentions that inside the oven and fridge is included, and books an open slot before the lease ends.

A Thumbtack lead arrives Saturday while your office is closed.
Today

You reply Monday. By then the customer has hired whoever answered first.

With QuickVOC

The agent replies inside Thumbtack right away, quotes from your list, and calls the lead if they shared a phone number.

Phone, chat or Thumbtack, every client gets a reply

From bedrooms and baths to a quote from your list

The agent asks the questions you would ask, then prices the clean from your price list, never from a guess. If you offer weekly or biweekly visits, it offers them too.

  • Bedrooms and bathrooms

The first question on the call, because it sets the price of a standard clean on your list.

  • Square footage

For deep cleans priced by the square foot. It does the math and applies your minimum.

  • One-time or regular

Deep clean, move-out or ongoing service. When they want regular visits, it offers the weekly or biweekly options you list.

  • Add-ons

Extras on your list, like interior windows or inside the oven, offered once without pushing.

Cleaning business answering service questions

Something else on your mind? Talk to us.

What does an answering service for cleaning companies actually do?
It picks up your business line in your company name whenever you can't, day or night. The AI receptionist asks bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage, quotes from your price list, offers open times and books the clean. Each call is saved to your dashboard with a recording, transcript and summary, and the lead shows up on your lead board.
Can it quote a house cleaning over the phone?
Yes, but only from the prices you give it. A standard clean can be priced by bedrooms and bathrooms, and a deep clean by square footage with your minimum. If a job needs a look first, like a heavy post-construction clean, it books a walkthrough instead of guessing. It never makes up a number.
Will it offer weekly or biweekly cleaning to one-time callers?
If regular service is on your price list, yes. After quoting a deep clean or a move-out, the agent asks whether the caller wants weekly or biweekly visits and quotes your recurring rate. It books the first clean, and the call summary shows the frequency they asked for, so you set up the ongoing schedule your way.
How much does a cleaning business answering service cost?
Starter is $149 a month for 300 minutes of AI calls, a business number, website chat, Thumbtack and Google LSA leads, and the full CRM. Pro is $299 a month for 1,000 minutes, three numbers and ten team members. Business is $549 a month for 2,500 minutes when call volume is high. You can try it free for 3 days with 25 minutes included, and no credit card is needed.
Can it book cleans into Housecall Pro or Google Calendar?
Yes. With Housecall Pro connected, the agent checks your schedule for open times, recognizes returning clients and creates the customer, job and appointment when someone books. If you connect Google Calendar, every booked clean is written there too. Thumbtack customers who book are created in Housecall Pro the same way.
What if a client wants to talk to me, not the AI?
If a client asks for a person while your team is on duty, the agent transfers the call. After hours it takes a detailed message, and you see it on your lead board and in a Telegram alert. Regular clients are recognized by their phone number, so they are greeted by name instead of starting from scratch.
