Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Forward calls from your existing number to your QuickVOC number. Your existing number stays the same.
What if I want to answer some calls myself?
Most carriers offer conditional call forwarding, which only forwards the calls you don't pick up. Answer when you can, and the calls you miss go to QuickVOC.
Can the AI transfer the call to me?
Yes, when the caller asks for a person and your team is on duty. Outside your hours, the AI takes the details instead and does not promise a transfer.
How does urgent call handling work?
You set urgent words in your agent settings (for example 'burst pipe', 'no heat', 'locked out'). When a caller uses one, the AI collects the details, offers the soonest opening or takes a message, and sends you an instant Telegram alert. It never dispatches anyone on its own.
Will the AI quote prices?
