What it does
QuickVOC creates, updates and cancels events in Google Calendar. It does not read your Google busy times, so nothing in Google changes what the AI offers.
As soon as a caller confirms a time and the AI books it, the appointment is added to your Google Calendar.
Events go to your primary Google Calendar by default, or to another calendar on your Google account that you pick.
Reschedule or cancel an appointment in QuickVOC and the Google Calendar event is updated or removed to match.
Each event includes the customer's name, phone number and the notes from the call.
Open times come from your business hours, or from your Housecall Pro schedule when it's connected. Keep those current and the AI offers the right slots.
