We can't promise a number. Every finished customer gets asked, and you see who opened, clicked and left a review.
When is a review request sent?
About 2 hours after a job is fully paid or reaches its last step, in working hours. One per job, and one per customer every 90 days. One reminder 3 days later if they didn't open the link.
Can I ask only my happy customers?
No. Google forbids it, so every finished customer gets the same email.
Does the AI post replies without me?
By default 4 and 5 star reviews get a reply on their own, 15 to 45 minutes later. 1 to 3 star reviews wait for you as a draft. You can change 3, 4 and 5 stars. 1 and 2 stars always wait for you.
Are requests sent by email or text?
By email, from your company's name.
